Pursuant to Regulation 9(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, Alna Trading and Exports has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from January 1, 2026 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The aforesaid closure of the Trading Window shall be applicable to all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, who have been duly informed and advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during the said period.
