Sayaji Hotels has informed that the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 1st day of January, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives as per the Securities and Exchange and Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 are being intimated not to enter into any transactions involving dealing/trading in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
