Asahi Songwon Colors has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the PIT Regulations), as amended, and in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 and will be re-opened after 48 hours of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the aforesaid financial results shall be intimated to the Exchange separately.
