Brahmaputra Infrastructure has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated employees, specified person and connected person shall remain closed from 1 st January 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board meeting to consider the announcement of aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results shall be intimated in the course of time, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
