Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Ultramarine & Pigments has informed that the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for all Promoters/ Directors / Connected / Designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2026. The closure is in connection with unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange, BSE. Additionally, Income Tax PAN of the abovementioned category of personnel will be frozen till such timeline. The date of Board meeting for considering / taking on record the unaudited financial results for the period ending 31st December, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
