Vaswani Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2026 and shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended 31st December, 2025. The trading window closure shall apply to Promoters, Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), and all other Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, as covered under the Code.
