Sundaram-Clayton has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2026 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons. The Trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2025. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
