The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025 shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised to not involve in any transactions of dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
