The Company believes that such information is being circulated for the benefit of the person(s) disseminating it, with the apparent intent of defaming the Company and creating unwarranted speculation. The Company reiterates that all disclosures made by it have been accurate, factual, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Further, the stay order granted by the Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against the levy of penalty by SEBI has already been duly submitted and disclosed to BSE, in accordance with applicable disclosure norms. As the matter is presently sub judice, the Company is constrained from making any detailed statement beyond the above clarification.
