Timken India has informed that this is in furtherance to earlier intimation dated 22 September, 2025. They had informed that Timken India (the Company) had entered into an Agreement to acquire 26.1% equity shares of Sunstreamgreen Energy C&I Three Private Limited (Target Company) to purchase power under Group Captive Scheme and this transaction would be completed on or before December, 2025. Above transaction is likely to be completed on or before March, 2026.
