Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities, Shradha AI Technologies has decided that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company as covered under Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities is being closed from Thursday, 01st January 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Third Quarter (Q-3) and Nine Month ended 31st December 2025. Accordingly, all designated persons of the Company (including their immediate Relatives), and Insiders covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window. Further, the date of announcement of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the unaudited Financial Results will be intimated in due course of time.
