Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), SK Minerals and Additives has informed that the Company has approved the appointment of Senior Management Personnel, Pawan Kumar Jain as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Company with effect from January 01, 2026. These appointments will be placed for ratification before the Board of Directors at its next Board Meeting.
