In terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in Securities of the Company (Insider Trading Code), KMF Builders and Developers has informed that the ‘Trading Window' for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Company Employees / Directors / Promoters and Designated Persons and Connected Persons in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, from 1st January, 2026 up to 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated shortly.
