Urdhwareshe as an Independent Director with effect from 9th January 2026 for a period of 3 years. The postal ballot process (remote e-voting) was conducted as per the provisions of Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 (which shall include any statutory modifications, amendments or re-enactments thereto) and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Special Resolution(s) listed above were passed with 99.9785% of the votes cast in favour of the resolution. Further it has enclosed the Scrutinizer’s Report along with this letter.
