Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), NTC industries has informed that it enclosed the copies of newspaper advertisement conforming the completion of dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice dated 05th January 2026 in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Regulations. The advertisements appeared on 06th January 2026 in ‘The Financial Express’ (English- all editions) and ‘Aarthik Lipi’ (Bengali- a regional newspaper).
