Schaeffler India has informed that as on December 31, 2025 (last day of Financial Year), the Company’ does not have an outstanding long term borrowing of Rs. 100 Crores or above. Therefore, the Company does not fulfill criteria for being identified as ‘Large Corporate’ as per the provisions of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 (‘SEBI Circular’). Therefore, the Company is not required to make initial disclosures and annual disclosures as per the provisions of abovementioned circular.
