Bhandari Hosiery Exports has confirmed that an empowered Rights Issue Committee (RIC 2026) has been formed by the Board of Directors to take various decisions related to the forthcoming Rights Issue of the Company and also that the first meeting of the RIC was scheduled for Wednesday 14th January 2026 to approve the Draft Letter of Offer. First meeting of the RIC 2026 will now be held on Friday, 16th January, 2026 instead of Wednesday, 14th January, 2026 to approve the contents of the Draft Letter of Offer and to authorise the CS & Compliance Officer to submit the same to seek in-principle approval of the Stock Exchange(s) as per the applicable statutory provisions as per the provisions of the Listing Agreement.
