Management Services, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). Based on the confirmation certificate received from the RTA it has confirmed that the said regulation is not applicable to the Company. The entire shareholding of the Company is in dematerialized form and no rematerialization requests were received or processed by the RTA during the said quarter. The Financial Year of the Company ends on December 31, every year.
