ICICI Bank declines on reporting marginal fall in Q3 consolidated net profit

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1382.80, down by 28.85 points or 2.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 1411.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1392.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1399.85 and Rs. 1360.00 respectively. So far 842049 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1494.10 on 31-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1187.00 on 23-Jan-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1444.40 and Rs. 1360.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 988645.98 crore.

The Institutions holding in the company stood at 90.81%, while Non-Institutions held 9.19% in the company.  

ICICI Bank has reported 4.02% fall in its net profit at Rs 11317.86 crore for third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11792.42 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the bank increased by 1.99% at Rs 49334.00 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 48367.87 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the bank has reported 2.68% fall in its net profit at Rs 12537.98 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 12883.37 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank increased by 2.88% at Rs 76782.08 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 74626.56 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
