With reference to e-mail bearing ref. no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/APJ/ 2025-2026 / 870 dated 19/01/2026, regarding clarification on price movement, Shahlon Silk Industries has informed that the company has been making disclosures of all events or information that have bearing on the operations/performance of the company which include all price sensitive information etc within stipulated time line pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has no unpublished price sensitive information/ announcement (including pending announcement) to offer to the Stock Exchange which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price behavior in the scrip. They submitted that the Company is complying with the disclosure requirements under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and will keep the Stock Exchange informed of all price sensitive information as and when it will arise. Further submitted that the movement in the share price is purely market driven and may be combination of various factors including market conditions. The Company is in no way connected with the movement in the price of its shares.
