Vinyl Chemicals (India) has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 20th January, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company, made following appointments, Appointed Shri Kavinder Singh (DIN: 06994031) as an Additional Director (NonExecutive, Non-Independent) of the company with effect from 2nd February, 2025 who shall be liable to retire by rotation Appointed Gira Sardesai (DIN: 02610502) as an Additional Director (NonExecutive, Independent) of the company for the first term of five consecutive years with effect from 2nd February, 2025 and she shall not be liable to retire by rotation. In accordance with the circular dated 20th June, 2018 issued by the Stock Exchanges and based on the declarations received, they confirmed that both Shri Kavinder Singh and Ms. Gira Sardesai are not debarred from holding the Office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other statutory authority and therefore, they are not disqualified to be appointed as Directors. Kavinder Singh and Gira Sardesai are not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel on the Board of the Company as on the date of their appointment.
