Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank, in its meeting held today on January 22, 2026, has approved the appointment of Aniruddha Paul (DIN: 00928375), as an Independent Director of the Bank for a Term of 3 (Three) years with effective from. January 22, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders and that he will not be liable to retire by rotation. The agenda for his appointment was approved by the Board at 11:00 AM. Further, thry hereby informed and confirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority and that he is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank. The disclosures required as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure-1.
