With a view to finalization of accounts for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 Jonjua Overseas has informed that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and Designated Employees of the Company from January 27, 2026 till the declaration of Financial Results. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
