B-Right Realestate’s material subsidiary -- B-Right Realestate Ventures LLP has entered into definitive LLP Agreement for acquisition of 89.99% stake in Danchi Developers LLP. By Virtue of above transaction, Danchi Developers LLP becomes step down subsidiary of the company. The definitive LLP Agreement is executed on January 29, 2026.

B-Right Realestate is an integrated construction and real estate development company, focused primarily on construction and development of residential and commercial projects, in and around Mumbai.
