Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Mamata Machinery has informed that the Company has been granted a patent for an invention entitled ‘CROSS SEALINGDEVICE’ by the European Patent Office. The company had developed proprietary technology for sealing mechanism on its VFFS machine for which patent was granted in India on October 28, 2024 and on March 11, 2025 in USA. The company has informed that the European Patents office has granted patent for this mechanism under European patent no 4338937 dated January 29, 2026.
