BEML Land Assets has informed that the President of India (Ministry of Defence) vide letter dated 31.01.2025, extended the term of appointment of Shantanu Roy (DIN-10053283) as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) and Anil Jerath (DIN-09543904) as Non-Executive Director on the Board of the company (BLAL) with effect from 01.02.2025 for a period of one year and accordingly the tenure has ended on 31.01.2026. However, approval for appointment of Directors is awaited from the Administrative Ministry, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. Company will inform the stock exchanges immediately upon receipt of the communication regarding the aforesaid appointments.
