To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2025 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditor. With reference to notice as above, the company has further informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company till February 11,2026.
