TATA Motors reports 48% drop in Q3 consolidated net profit

TATA Motors (Formerly TML Commercial Vehicles) has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26).

The company has reported 60.41% drop in its net profit at Rs 561.00 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1,417.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 19.20% at Rs 20,676.00 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 17,346.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 47.97% drop in its net profit at Rs 705.00 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1,355.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 15.45% at Rs 22,179.00 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 19,211.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
