Accordingly, it has enclosed the following: a) A copy of unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025; b) Unmodified Limited Review Report on the unaudited standalone and the consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025, issued by the Company’s Statutory Auditors, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP; c) Extract of the newspaper publication of the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025, in prescribed format to be published in print and electronic versions of the newspapers.
