Further, in continuation to its intimation dated 27th December, 2025, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed from Thursday 1st January 2026 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine month ended 31st December, 2025.
