Kalpataru has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors (the Board), at its meeting held today February 6, 2026, has appointed Gajendra Mewara (ICSI Membership No. A22941) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and designated him as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from February 6, 2026. They further informed that the meeting commenced at 3:40 pm (IST) and concluded at 7:30 pm (IST). The details as required under SEBI Master Circular with no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are provided in Annexure A to this letter.
