Shree Rajasthan Syntex has informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Friday, 06th February 2026 at the registered office of the company which commenced at 05:00 PM and concluded at 09.10 PM has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 33 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further noted that, pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/0112019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2019111 dated April 02, 2019 and in compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window has been closed with effective from 01st January 2026 and will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
