With reference to the Financial Results of the company published on 09.02.2026 in the newspapers Business Standard and Desh Sewak. In this connection, Sportking India has clarified that in the note stating ‘the above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings’, the date of the meeting was inadvertently mentioned as Saturday, 07th February, 2025. The correct date of the meeting should be read as Saturday, 07th February, 2026. This is purely a typographical error, and there is no change in the financial results or any other information published.
