L/SURV/ONL/PV/AJ/2025-2026/3365, regarding movement in the price of security. In this regard they submitted that all the information which has an effect on the operation/performance of the company including all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have always been disclosed by the Company within the stipulated time. There is no pending information, announcement and/or disclosure from the company which could be considered as ‘Price Sensitive Information’ resulting in significant movement in the price of security. The movement in the share price of the Company is purely due to conditions driven by the market.
