Rajesh Power Services signs JV agreement with VITS Total Power Solutions

Rajesh Power Services has signed Joint Venture (JV) agreement with M/s VITS Total Power Solutions for the formation of a JV entity under name of RPSL -VITS JV for design, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 132kV Transmission Line from GSS Nabinagar to Railway TSS Nabinagar and associated 02 Nos. 132kV Line Bays at GSS Nabinagar under Railway Project Danapur of East Central Railway.

The company shall act as the lead member with 51% stake in the JV entity, while VITS Total Power Solutions shall act as the Constituent Member with a 49% stake in the JV entity.

Rajesh Power Services (RPSL) is amongst the largest players in the country, firmly established in the underground power transmission and infrastructure EPC space.
