Sizemasters Technology has incorporated a subsidiary company named ‘Sizemasters Mould-Tech’ on February 16, 2026. The subsidiary is incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing, processing and assembly of plastic and polymer products using injection moulding, extrusion and allied manufacturing processes. The business of subsidiary will add another vertical unit to the Company, hence providing revenue recognition.
Sizemasters Technology is in the business of manufacturing, sales and distribution of various types of gauges such as thread gauges, thread ring and Plug gauges, Setting Plug gauges, adjustable ring gauges, API gauges, taper thread plug gauges, special gauges, fixtures, multi gauging, electronic gauging, measuring instruments used in Oil and Gas industry, all tools such as dial gauges and accessories.
