Kalpataru has informed that Ananta Landmarks, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received two separate Orders, both dated February 16, 2026, passed by Joint Commissioner of the State Tax (Appeals - VIII) (‘Appellate Authority’), imposing total GST demand of Rs. 14,18,18,852 for the period July 2017 to March 2018 (‘Order 1’) and Rs. 30,67,729 for the FY 2018-19 (‘Order 2’), inclusive of interest and penalty, respectively. In terms of SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the information required to be disclosed to the stock exchanges is given under the Annexure A.
