Kalpataru has informed that Ananta Landmarks, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received two separate Orders, both dated February 16, 2026, passed by Joint Commissioner of the State Tax (Appeals - VIII) (‘Appellate Authority’), imposing total GST demand of Rs. 14,18,18,852 for the period July 2017 to March 2018 (‘Order 1’) and Rs. 30,67,729 for the FY 2018-19 (‘Order 2’), inclusive of interest and penalty, respectively. In terms of SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the information required to be disclosed to the stock exchanges is given under the Annexure A. This information is also simultaneously disseminated on the website of the Company at https://www.kalpataru.com/investor-corner.
