Filtron Engineers has informed that the Board of Directors held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 have considered and approved standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon. The same was submitted to the Exchange on Saturday, February 14, 2026. However, erroneously it has been observed that Limited Review Report as received from the Statutory Auditor of the Company was left to be submitted with the financial results. Hence, they hereby submitted the full set of Financial Results along with Limited Review Report.
