Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITCONS E-Solutions has informed that the Company has bagged a new contract by the Indian Railways, Southern Railway, Ministry of Railways, to provide 6 resources for a period of One year. The total contract value is INR 1943307.67 inclusive of all taxes and duties. The contract is scheduled to commence on March 01, 2026 and shall remain in force until February 28, 2027 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties. This contract marks a significant milestone for the Company and reflects the continued trust placed by Government agencies. Details as required under SEBI Circular no.
