Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Itcons E-Solutions has informed that the company has bagged a new contract by the Uranium Corporation of India, Department of Atomic Energy, PMO, to provide 10 resources for a period of One year. The total contract value is INR 4314220.86 inclusive of all taxes and duties. The contract is scheduled to commence on February 26, 2026 and shall remain in force until February 25, 2027 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties. This contract marks a significant milestone for the Company and reflects the continued trust placed in them by Government agencies. Details as required under SEBI Circular no.
