Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances has informed that Senthil Kumar Raja S- Head of Procurement (General Manager) designated as Senior Management Personnel, has tendered his resignation from the said position due to personal reasons. The Company has accepted his resignation and he shall be relieved from his duties with effect from closure of business hours of 27th February, 2026. It has further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason as mentioned above. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is attached as Annexure- A and the resignation letter along with the acceptance letter of Senthil Kumar Raja S is attached as Annexure - B.
