In furtherance to intimation dated December 18, 2025, regarding the order passed by Hon’ble NCLAT, The Hi-Tech Gears has informed that due to paucity of time, the Hon'ble NCLAT could not hear the matter on February 18, 2026, and fixed the next date of hearing on April 20, 2026. Further, Hon’ble NCLAT has also directed the continuation of interim STAY on CIRP process granted vide its Order dated September 03, 2024. A copy of the Hon'ble NCLAT Order uploaded on the NCLAT website on February 21, 2026, is attached for records.
