Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20, Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts has submitted the disclosure regarding the demand notice received from the Assistant Commissioner (ST), Khairatabad- Somajiguda- 1 circle. This demand notice is consequent to the order passed by the Hon'ble Telangana VAT Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad on the appeal filed by the company against the Revision Order passed by the Deputy Commissioner (CT), Punjagutta Division, Commercial Taxes Department, Govt of Telangana dated 11-07-2014. The demand orders are received against Taj Krishna and Taj Deccan hotels of the company. The details of the above order as required under Regulation 30 are enclosed in the Annexure - A.
