Jyoti Structures commissions 400 kV Gadag-II transmission line project in Karnataka

Jyoti Structures has commissioned the 400 kV Gadag-II Transmission Line Project for its client, Renew Power, in the state of Karnataka. The project comprises around 100 CKM of twin High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) transmission line between Gadag Pooling Station and Koppal Pooling Station, traversing through challenging Right of Way (ROW) districts, namely Koppal and Gadag, and difficult interior areas characterized by black cotton soil conditions.

The project forms part of the Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) for evacuation of power from renewable energy sources in the Koppal Solar Energy Zone (1500 MW). The successful completion and commissioning of this nationally significant project will support renewable power evacuation and contribute towards India’s renewable energy targets.

Jyoti Structures is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) service provider.
