Mather and Platt Fire Systems has received an approval for sale of trademark containing the words ‘Mather’ and/or ‘Platt’, technical know-how and other related rights of the company to Mather and Platt Pumps at a fair value determined by TRC Corporate Consulting and the fairness opinion on valuation of an Independent Merchant Banker. The board of directors at its meeting held on October 26, 2013 has approved for the same.
Mather and Platt Fire Systems produces fire protection systems and supplies them to various industries such as power, petrochemical, port trust and aluminum. It undertakes turnkey projects in the field of fire fighting equipment and systems.
