Veritas (India) has decided to acquire 100% shares of Kudrat Farming and make it 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The Management Committee of the board of directors at its meeting held on 28th October, 2013 has approved for the same.
Veritas (India) engages in the imports, trading, and distribution of chemicals, metals, and machinery in India. It also involves in the generation of wind energy in the states of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu with a generation capacity of approximately 1800 KW.
