Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Kizi Apparels has informed that BSE has, vide its letter Ref: LOD/PREF/MV/FIP/1899/2025-26 dated 17th March, 2026, has granted in-principle approval for the issue of 25,08,000 warrants convertible into 25,08,000 Equity Shares of the Company of Rs 10 each at a price not less than Rs 15.50 each each to Promoter and Non-Promoters on a preferential basis.
