Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), it has attached additional disclosures as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III- Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard.
