The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors/Promoters and other insiders are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
