Ushdev International has evaluated the proposed possibilities for selling either in whole or in part the equity stakes held in its foreign owned wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS) - UIL Hong Kong and UIL (Singapore). The board of directors at its meeting held on October 29, 2013 has approved and taken the note of it.
Ushdev International core activities are power generation and trading of steel. Steel trading being its parent business and doing well in that, the company was in an urge to get into an altogether new area, and thus started investing into power generation through windmills from 1997 onwards.
